TealJar is a product of Orbvane. This page explains what we keep, why, and what you can do about it.

What we keep

• Your account: email address, name and picture from Google if you sign in with Google, and a password hash if you set a password.
• Your budget: accounts, envelopes, entries, goals and notes you enter or import.
• Support tickets you send us, including files you attach. Ticket messages and attachments are stored encrypted.
• Basic security records, such as failed sign-in counts, to protect your account.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't show ads.
• We never ask for your bank passwords.
• We don't use your data to train models.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in and a short-lived cookie during sign-in. Your light or dark choice is kept in your browser. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can sign out of every device and delete your account from your Account page. Deleting your account deletes your ledgers with it. Support attachments are deleted after 30 days.
